Verizon Tech support...

I was helping my neighbor yesterday getting his Vista laptop to access his wireless setup, and things were not copastetic.  I had to call Verizon tech support to work on an issue, and, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS but I spoke to a real-live tech support call center person!  AND, they spoke with an Americanized accent! Yes, that is correct, the person did NOT speak with a Indian or other non-American accent.  AND, top this, they knew right away what to do!  UNBELIEVABLE!  I work in the computer and network field, and found this to be refreshing and not stressful.  AND, it was a SUNDAY before the Superbowl!

Off the record, the techie did say "Go, GIANTS!".  Funny.
