They tried to paste something into their post I guess, and whatever they did, it appeared floating on top of the browser. Both in IE, and Firefox.

The OP edited the post and got rid of whatever she did, btw.  It was on this page .

FYI... you can go into the HTML editor and add something like this...

anything inside here will sit on top...
