I just joined (hi and thanks for the useful website by the way) and I'm wondering how to begin. I have already explored the Training Log, but how do I decide how to input my training schedule into it? Is this done manually?
u have to do it manually for now in the 'planned training' if your a performance member...BUT in march of this year, this will be doable as a 'copy plan into log' - we r programming this now.
