Subject: Not for the weak nutrition challenge So, I've been trying to do this myself for a while, but have never been able to man up and try. I just got finished reading Trixie's nutrition challenge from last month, but I think it's nearing its end. So here is the next iteration:
Duration: 2 weeks...possibly stretching longer
Goal: NO processed foods of any sort. The objective is to not eat anything that comes in a bag, wrapper, box, etc. If it's not animal or vegetable (or directly derived therefrom ) it's verboten.
Exceptions: sports drinks (while training or preparing to train ), gel, bars (such as Clif, Luna, etc. No "granola" bars ), muscle milk/myoplex, etc. Also allowed are whole grain bread products - for sancwhiches & such.
You can have 1 meal once a week that's as big a cheat as you want.
Anybody in?
