Subject: training between races

Hello All,

 I have been training (10 week program) for my first Biathlon which is Sept. 7th.  I am also doing one on Oct. 5th.  Question...What type of training should be done between the two races? How much and how long?

I'm guessing you mean duathlon.  i think biathlon is a cross country and shooting event.

Anyway, follow your plan and then allow a little recovery time post race.  (maybe take one day off and then an easy 2nd day)  If you feel you were prepared well for your race, pick up the last 4 weeks of your plan again, but up the intensity.  (more intervals or faster intervals)
