Subject: Registernig for ironman florida?

All,

 I heard that you can qualify for ironman florida?  I had never heard of this.  I really want to do it next year, but it's almost impossible to get in unless you are physically there. 

Does anyone have any experience with qualifying and do you know what races are qualifiers if so?

You can qualify at the Oceanside 70.3.  They have 50 slots to certain IM that are given (well you pay $500) to the fastest 50 people who want them.  Last year they gave them and everyone who wanted one got one.
