Diophramic breathing...

I do (have good info, that is), but it's all from my years of vocal training, not from sports training. If anyone wants to know, I will certainly elaborate, but I'm sure there are coaches, etc on BT who probably have certain feelings about it, so I don't want to step on any toes. All I will say is that it definitely works for me with maintaining proper breathing during running and and swimming.
