Subject: eggs???
just a few ?'s about eggs. when you have a hard boiled egg is the yoke not very good for you if you are trying to lose weight? what is the calorie content of an egg? how much protein do u get from an egg and is all of the protein in the egg white?

I love eggs.  Cooked two as part of last night's dinner, but threw out one yolk.  Here are the nutrition stats on them -- the first being just the egg white, the second a whole egg.

 

Notice the white is very low in calories, high in protein.  The yolk adds fats and another 3g protein.  It's up to you and your diet if you go with whole or just whites.
