Subject: sinus headache/congestion after 60+ minute swim
Last two long swims (over 70 minutes/ 3700+ yards) have resulted in sinus headache/congestion. Did not have this occur on previous swims of 77min/4000 yards. These are pool swims in same pool I have been swimming all year. Condition clears in a day. Condition does not occur after short swims (42 minutes/2500 yards) Anybody experience this? Wonder if I should contact the pool and see if anything has changed....

I get this every time I swim, my workouts are always 90 minutes.... I think I may be allergic to chlorine!
