Subject: Plyometrics
Hey folks....

Has anyone ever worked with plyometrics? I am trying to do some research on drills that can be done doing this. There is a product called Sparq that seems to have a lot of plyometrics involved but I would like to see if anyone has either a list or a website of drills that can be done.

Thanks for the help.

I think that the only exercise it leaves out is "bounding" which involves running with long powerful strides. Basically your stride is a forward jump off of one leg, land on the other leg, then jump forward off of the leg you just landed on.
