I have 2 weird "injuries" that don't hurt at all But I don't think they're normal. So you tell me if you know what they may be.

1) after a long or hard run when I do a calf stretch against a wall or walk down stairs the morning after there is a weird rubbing sensation on my achilles tendon, it feels like there is a another tendon or big vain or something that rubs against the actual tendon. It doesn't cause any pain at all but it feel pretty weird.

2) I had some minor problems with ITBS when I first started running but addressed the problem and got over it before it got too bad, but ever since after most runs when I do an IT band stretch (the one where you sit down cross your leg so you have your ankle on your opposite legs quad then pull up the crossed leg towards your chest/face there is a weird cracking noise, again no pain at all but it feels a little weird too.

any ideas??

I wasn't sure if this should be in the injury thread becasue there is no pain.

I don't have an answer to this question, but I think you are referring to a piriformis stretch here, not an IT band stretch. But someone correct me if I'm wrong.
