Kudos to Profile Design

Just want to share the experience I just had with Profile Design. I was in a race in few weeks ago had a Aero Drink at the beginning of the race. After about 3 miles into a Oly race I hit a bump and broke an extension link on the bracket adapter. Within a split second the other side broke and the entire unit fell to the ground. I went back after the race but I lost the bottle and bracket to the cleanup crew. Needless to say I wasnt very happy about the incident and luckily I had back up bottles attached to the back.
I sent a note to profile design about what happened and the next day I received a call from Profile design, and 4 days later I had a complete set at my door step - bottle and bracket. This was not a huge deal but it was nice to see that they back their products no questions asked.
