Need to do some shopping: advice??

Okay, being away from training for a year and gaining unwanted pounds have left me with:

1 bike jersey that fits.

1 pair of tri shorts that barely fit.

2 pair of running shorts that still fit.

I need to do some shopping and I'm a bit out of touch. I would like to hear any suggestions on where to find good deals on:

Cold weather cycling clothing, Tri shorts, base layers, etc. etc. ALSO I am a clydesdale so if any of you other big guys have had any luck in specific stores that carry larger sizes, keep that in mind.

I have a 5k on Oct 11th and a duathlon on Oct 18, and  I have nothing to wear. I live in rural Alabama so online ordering is unfortunately a must. Maybe by next spring I can fit into the closet full of tri stuff that I do have. I used to really like Craft stuff and some 2XU.
