Subject: Heart Rate During IntervalsHey guy, this is my first post. I have been training for an olympic distance Tri and would like some info on how you guys and gals train using intervals. I have been controlling my bpm to 140 on the low and about 165 bpm on the high interval. A little back ground on me I have been running for 3 years (college Ultimate Frisbee) and biking for 1 year. age 27 weight 170, and 6 feet tall. Just in case this matters in how you guys calculate Max HR. Thanks, Any help is much appreciated. TW |
