Subject: Gatorade Recovery Shakes
Any thoughts?   I picked up some at the Chicago Triathlon expo for a $1 each.  I liked them.  Maybe it was more the taste than the actual results.   But I looked them up and they are expensive ($72 for 24).   I guess I could always go back to chocolate milk!

We picked some up at the expo, too. I thought the Chocolate one kinda had the consistency of pudding...a little too thick for my liking. The Strawberry one not only looked like Pepto Bismol, but it tasted like it too...yuck! I think I'll stick with good ol' low-fat chocolate milk...it's cheaper and it tastes 100x better, IMO.
