Subject: October running slower, low HR reviewSo after about a month of trying to run slower, stay in a lower HR zone and build slowly, I am feeling stronger in the knee area. I am going to keep at this until Thanksgiving and then get some bike action back in. So that was my plan. I was wondering if some of you wanted to take a look at my logs and provide some feedback, positive or negative, right direction or missing the boat. Thanks Joe |
