Subject: Mentor groups in search results
As far as I can tell, every mentor group for 2009 are closed/full. Is there some way to hide them in the results of "New Threads" or perhaps push them all the way to the bottom.

True, but for all the listings after 'Threads awaiting replies' at the top (a new thread), those are actually new posts to threads after you have last visited the site.  So ALL the forums will get a feed.  No way to reorganize them as they are listed exactly as they show up in the forums.
