Garmin uploads are 1 day off

I've been using my 305 to upload my workouts for some time now and then all of a sudden this week I was getting the message that there was no workouts to upload. The garmin showed the workouts in the history. After reading another post I tried to see if yesterday's workout would load under today's date and it would. So why are my workouts 1 day off even though they show the correct date on the garmin and on the upload screen? The date is correct on my computer, the garmin, and my BT account. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...
