can anyone tell me how to add a pic I have some of my son racing in Lanzarote last month he came third in the duathlon, third in the aquathon and top 20 in the triathlon, the pics are amazing..lol
He is the reason i am doing my first tri in Aug.lol

Add pics to a thread?  Use the "Insert/Edit Image" icon (looks like a picture) in the message editor.

Add pics to your account here?  Go to your training log, click on Albums on the right-hand side, then click the "Create and edit your video and photo albums" link.  It's pretty self explanatory from there.
