Ladies...anyone wear cycling bibs?

I'm interested in getting a pair of cycling bibs.  Any ladies here on the forum wear bibs?  I'm looking for some recommendations, as I've never worn them before...nor have I tried any on.  Is the fit pretty much the same as a regular cycling short? 

I'm finding them to be pretty pricey, too.  I think the cheapest pair I've come across were Giordana's for $160-something.  The rest I've seen are over $200!  For that price, I'm wondering if they would be worth it?  I'd appreciate any feedback on this.  Thanks!
