Garmin uploaded everything but lap data

I was uploading my bike workout today at ~11:30am CT and it gave me the "there's been an error, please contact support@" message. It looks like it uploaded everything except the lap data. HR data is there, distance & average are there, just no lap data.

BTW, this is the first time this has happened.
