is this a good deal?

I am in the process of buying my first road bike. I am kind of shell shocked by the prices.  I did find a used one today wondering if this is a good deal or am I better off to keep looking. Treck 1200cc aluminum with shamino tiagra shifters  bike front has carbon fiber bike looks basically brand new price is $675. Just looking for any feedback.
