Subject: tri #2Did my first sprint 30 days ago...#2 on Sunday. I increased my bike training by double so I am hoping to have a good "race." If I can shave 30 sec. to a min. i will be pleased. Looking to have some fun and just relax. My other goal is to finish the last mile of the run strong. Last time I was struggling by the time I got to the run (pushed too hard early ). I have decided that little goals should help make it more enjoyable. Wish me luck! Anyone else doing the Sprint in grand prairie this weekend, good luck! |
