Subject: Stawberry Fields Triathlon : Official Thread
So I have this race, my 2nd,  coming up on Sunday. It'll be my first OWS, so that will be interesting. As a clydesdale I am looking forward to the flat bike course as my last tri was nothing but hills.

Anyone who's done this race have any tips?

The course is  pancake flat ,  just get in the zone and hammer  .  Get in the water well before your wave  to get confortable and figure out the current and get used to the  water as it  is still chilly  .
