What happened to the :15 peloton split from stage 10? It looks like everybody is getting credited for the same time now, what gives?

I could be wrong, but my interpretation of was P&P said is that the race officials reviewed the tape from yesterday, and decided that the peloton did NOT split. And since they all came in together, they all get the same time.
