Subject: Hey third shiftersMorning all How are you 3rd shifters logging your workouts? I went back to work on third this past week and am splitting my workouts. Do you consider the "awake time" as the same day? For instance today I ran this afternoon after getting up. Now I am going to eat and go to work. In the morning I will swim, then go to bed. So is this my, WED workout, or my Wed/Thursday workout. I know it's kind of a duh question, but... Joe |
