Subject: First BrickJust a little over two weeks to my first tri; a mini sprint at 400 yds / 8.0 miles / 1.8 miles. I want to do a bike/run brick this weekend. What is a reasonable distance for a first brick? I think I'm in shape enough to do the full distances, but I'm curious how others would view the question. Be a bit more conservative? Appreciate the advice as always. |
