Subject: Anyone up for a 3 Hour ride sunday morning down old US1
I need to get in some slow endurance rides, 16-19 MPH avg.  US1 is good since it's long and slight rolling hills, not bad on traffic on Sunday mornings.  Let me kmow and we can meet in Apex.  I can start as early as 6:30 am

My husband and I would be interested in longer rides likethis...we live in Morrisville...  just not sure this Sunday would work.  We have a 8.5yr old we always have to find a sitter for.  Where and when do you ride during the week?
