Subject: RE: hydration plan?as a rule, the higher the HR the slower your stomach digests and the hotter the temperature the slower your stomach digests because both scenarios require blood to be drawn away from the digestive tract. see if you can use your sprint as an experience and drink less next race until you can dial it in.
it's a little difficult to really dial it in during training since you typically won't be riding swimming then running at race intensities back to back for race distances.
experience is really the best way to get it dialed in for you.
