What would you do differently?: Train better, for one thing. Wake up on time, for another. Drink lots of water before the race! (I only drank half a thing of gatorade) ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around and ate a chocolate chip cookie, drank water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not being acclimated to warm weather, inadequate hydration and nutrition pre-race, thousands of people to weave through. Event comments: I will do this one again next year to prove I can do it faster...I know I can do better and I will prevail over this course!!!!!!!!!!! 2006 look out. Last updated: 2005-01-13 12:00 AM

jogged less than 5 minutes. Walked briskly, stretched.
