Subject: Groin muscle issuesHi all this is my first post. Just a quick thanks to all posters on here, its a wealth of info. Im 26. When i was 16 i ripped my groin muscle. I can feel it during my training. Its like an awareness, but when I bike it definitely aggrevates it and i need to take days off whenever it feels a bit too sore. Thing is it kind of always is there. Im doing all i can to get rid of it (ice baths, rest days, massage ) and i still know its there. Was wondering if anyone has had a similar thing and what you did to resolve it? I was considering bringing in weight training into my regime to strengthen it? Its so bloody frustrating. Cheers |
