Subject: Adjustable rise stem for tris and TT?
Like many people, I have a road bike equipped with clip on bars.  I would, however, like to get lower in the aero position, but I like the position of my drop bars for regular rides.  I'm going to try mounting the aero bars (T2+ BTW) under the road bar, but, just from inspection, I'm pretty sure the bar will be in the way.  I was thinking, though, with an adjustable rise stem, I could change the bar height at will.  Drop it for tri and the occassional TT and raise it the rest of the time.  Does anyone have any experience with this that they'd care to share?

Standard on my Look 496Tri is an integrated version of the Look Ergostem. This is a great tool that allows me to have one setup (longer and lower) for short TT's and a more comfortable setup (slighly shorter and higher) for Du's and longer TT's. The trick is to have measurement documented so you can just set it up exactly the same each and every time. This is also available as regular stem, not cheap and quite heavy, but works awesome!
