Subject: More knee pain . . . from bike
I have recently developed a pain on the inside of my left leg around the knee.  It feels like it is around the lateral meniscus, but feels to be in the bone area just below rather than in the softer tissue.  The pain only comes on the bike and is quite annoying.  I have been riding for about 10 months and it has not bothered me at all until a few weeks ago.  Any ideas of what this might be and how I can make it go away and never come back?  The only fitting adjustments I have made is to move the clip down toward the middle of my biking shoes.  I cannot guarantee that there have not been smaller unknown movements in my seat position but if so they would only be minor as I have not noticed a difference.

I had something similar recently. Check to make sure the cleat is not pointed in or out. When you moved it down you may have turned it off center slightly. A slight change can be huge.
