Subject: Weight Loss WoesWell I've had amazing success since I start Tri training. I started out at the beginning of this summer at 215lbs. Now I'm at 188lbs. My endurance is improviing every single day, and I feel better than ever. The thing is, I just CANNOT tone down my stomach or my chest. Especially my chest. I've been incorporating calisthenics and some weight training for this reason. With no results. The fat on my chest and stomach just won't burn off. Anyone experience the same thing or have any ideas? |
