Replacement Runner Needed - Ragnar Relay!

I know I posted about volunteers, but we are now also in need of a replacement runner for our Ragnar Relay team. In brief, the Ragnar Relay is a 193 mile race from Cumberland, MD to downtown DC on Friday September 25th and Saturday September 26th. Yes, I said FRIDAY - which means, you need to take a day off from work. I didn't schedule this - blame the Ragnar people.

Who we need: a fairly experienced runner, who's already training regularly and has a decent volume, as there's no time to build for this race. This person should also be able to maintain above a 10:00/mile pace as we've already entered our average team pace and we can't have the results skewed.

What they'll do: Run 3 legs of 8.2, 2.4 and 5.1 miles, in a rotation of 12 runners, for a total of 15.7 miles

Financial responsibility: $90 registration fee, plus splitting the cost of the vans/gas 12 ways, possible cheap overnight accommodations in Cumberland on Thursday night, and food, etc.
