Subject: Question for Rochester folks
I will be "back home" from Michigan starting tomorrow for about 5 days. I'd like to bring my bike and ride provided I know a good place to do this. Are there any good parks for riding or other good courses you'd recommend. I'd prefer to stay off of normal roads if possible. Thanks for any suggestions.

If you like to hammer and are looking for a good group ride on Sat. morning I would recomend the Latte Ride out of Pittsford.  The majority of the ride is o country roads with little traffic and there is usually a good turn out (anywhere from 20-50 riders).  Here is some info on it:  http://rocwiki.org/Latte_Ride
