Subject: Palm Coast
I'm new to this but would love to complete a triathlon. I live in Palm Coast, Fl and was wondering, if anyone else lives here where they train for the swim part? There are great running trails and biking trails but I'm not too sure how safe swimming in the ocean is.

My inlaws are in Palm Coast. I was there last week. You can pool swim at the Frieda Zamba pool which is off Belle Teere Pkwy and by the elementary and middle schools. Ocean swims are safe at Flagler beach. Matanzas which is more secluded is also really nice. Just tell the lifeguards what you are doing so they keep an eye on you.
