Verizon Email Woes

Does anyone else use Verizon DSL for their email account? Having any troubles?

TOnight, i emailed my new bosses about my summer plans. Five minutes later, I got my own message in my mailbox with a return address of a friend I had emailed immediately prior to emailing my boss. It was MY outgoing email with HIS incoming email address. How could that possibly happen?

TO make matters worse, Verizon's help & support provides neither! I downloaded their active X client to open a chat session a few weeks ago. I couldn't close my chat session despite multiple attempts. Because I couldn't close the old one, I couldn't open a new one to ask about this latest email mix up!

Finally, my outgoing messages arent' being saved in my mailbox. THis is crazy!

Anyone else have similar problmes?

Anyone here work for verizon???
