Subject: howdy yallHowdy yall from Traverse city Michigan. Quick note about me, I am an ex competitive swimmer who swam a D3 NCAA nationals in my distance events. Ive been cycling for the last three years and have gotten pretty good on that but never done any placed racing to really know. I average about 20-21MPH up here with the hills. Its a blast. Now im just trying to figure out how to run so I can put it all together. the one and only tri Ive done, I was the first one out of the water by almost a minute, horrible transition, lost two spots on the cycle (damn no draft rules! ) and then dropped 22 spots in the run, legs locked up because I didnt train for it. bah. so im going to work on training for the run and keep everything else going and ill be good to go!
