Subject: Explain d lingo please Howaya all doin?
Please could sombody explain the best training methods for a tri. I have a program and it includes brick and block. I have eat both and dont feel the best for it (only kidding ). I still don't know what it means.
Would I be right in saying that running is the best starting place to get fit over the next six months developing my tech on the bike and in the pool.
Also all I keep hearing is to restrict carbs to lose weight but when I do I am dizzzzy to flitters and keep running around and bumping into my own arse. What is the general opinion??
What are the best foods for energy??
