Subject: 10 days holiday 7 weeks out from HIM Hi all, I'm 7 weeks out from my first HIM and somehow we have booked a 10 day holiday in Bali with the kids next week. You can see from my logs my current training volume. Any ideas on what I should do whilst on holidays. Should I make it a complete rest period or would I be better to do my run sessions and some swimming. I wont be able to bike over there unless the hotel has a decent spin bike set up which I doubt very much. How much fitness would I lose if I did 25% volume of that week and a half? Cheers |
