Comments: Started to feel tired on the way back for some reason. I thought I had a better time, but compared to the group I was slower. Again... my limiting event. What would you do differently?: draft... I really stayed away from the group. Not sure if that helped or hurt me. Transition 1
Comments: Little slower than usual. I had to get the wetsuit off which took a little longer. I tried to put my jacket on, but it was too hard so I just went without a shirt. I didn't feel cold though. What would you do differently?: Forgo the jacket Bike
Comments: Best leg of the event again... placed 29th overall. Still would like to maintain an AVS of 21+. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: Suprised how slow I was. Just moving slow... couldn't tie my shoes fast enough because they were wet. Had to put on my long sleeve shirt while I was running out. What would you do differently?: Not sure.. elements were a factor. Run
Comments: Couldn't get the pace up to 7:30. 7:45 is not bad, but I was hoping for a faster time. I think the weather had an impact as well. Post race
Warm down: Just walked around and talked with Michelle, Holly and JB. I ate a banana and had a bagel. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weather and swimming. Event comments: First playtri race. Well-organized... i just wish they would have had more mile markers on the run. Last updated: 2010-01-25 12:00 AM

Rainy and cold morning. Michelle went with me.. left around 5:30. JB's first tri, so I was just worried about
Just tried to stay warm and dry. Didn't warm-up at all. JB's first tri, so I was just worried about him getting setup on time.
