The dates for the winter duathlon season appear to have been set now, anyone from on here going to be giving them a go?  I'm not big on the duathlons (1 run is generally enough for me) but will be at a few of them, only 4 courses being used this year by the looks of things.

I'll be working at the M-Tri-M one at Yan Yean. I used to belong to this club and am friends with alot of the members. They roped me and my son into volunteering last year and we had fun so will do it again.
Duathlons tend to hurt I reckon!
