Comments:

Took it easy because this has been the 2nd time I have run in 8 weeks because of the torn ligiment in my ankle. Everything felt fine during the race. On Friday my ankle was very fatigued all day and easily "stained" when I stepped on uneven ground.

These summer "lets runa dn have some fun" races are the best. Free beer and great BBQ at the finish line. Not to mention the grateful dead cover band. Always a good time.

Sounds like fun...nice run time.  sorry to hear your ankle was giving you trouble, but you still had a good time.
