Outdoor video cameras

I'd like to put up a camera out in the yard to watch the birdfeeders, and also see what my dogs get into when I'm not watching.

Does anyone have any suggestions of cameras. I'd like something that I can connect to the computer, and possibly even stream to the web. I know some require a Unix box to stream. I'd rather not build one if i don't have to, I don't think I have the pieces right now to make a very beefy server.

Any suggestions would be great.
