Subject: Adding my own workouts
Is there any way I can bulk add workouts? Say add (not overwrite) Core 1 every Sunday, Core 2 on Tuesday and Core 3 on Thursday without creating the workout, switching to calendar view, copying the workout, and then moving it to each individual day? I've looked but haven't found a better solution.

If I understand correctly, do what you mentioned for one week.  Then 'copy' the 'strength only' portion of that week to upcoming weeks...essentially copying an entire week.
