Please help!

O.k, now I know I am not this dumb!!  I cannot figure out the message part of this site.  When I log on, I always have these wonderful "inspires" messages and when I hit "reply" to respond, it takes me to that person's page, yet I cannot for the life of me figure out where/ how to leave a message.

It also says at the bottom of my "inspires" page, "post a comment".  Where does this posted comment go (since sometimes there are inspires from several people)?
(Can you tell I've NEVER blogged before!? )

Also, if I want to just read a particular person's blog, how do I find it?

All these nice people have been encouraging me and giving me advice and I don't respond because I don't know how!!  Aaaaghhh!!!
