Subject: Bricks not listed in Workout plan?

Hello all!

 

I'm pretty new here and just started my first week of the intermediate  Iron Man 20 week plan.  The plan details say you can breakup the workouts throughout the day except for bricks (which I assume means running directly after biking).  I'm going through the plan and it has a "Run Brick" listed on week 1 but that's it. 

All the other runs are listed as "Run Base".  There are many days that in which I will be biking and cycling on the same day but they are not listed as a brick as far as I can see.

I know bricks are an important aspect of my training so I want to make sure I am doing the plan correctly.  Am I missing something on the labeling of these workouts? Should I do all the cycling and running workouts back to back without a break in between?

We have just updated that plan, re-import it again and you will see more bricks, mainly after long rides, beginning at the end of week 3 through week 19.
