I logged in tonight to add my workout from today and I lost all of my manually inputted race data and the rest of my log data for the last two weeks. Any way it can be recovered?

I see log data up until july 3rd as the last logged workout...your last race report was the Pac Creest Oly - I see it filled out.
Let me know if this is still not what you see.
