Subject: Just starting out--need to find a good race to shoot for

Hi!  Wondering if anyone can help me find a race that is fairly easy-going and fun.  Not looking for one with a bunch of elite athletes looking to make PB's!  I would be terribly intimidated.

I live in West Yorks, but willing to travel some.  Any ideas?

Hi I live in Sheffield, did my first tri last summer at Rother Valley country park, is a short swim, then bike distance very doable ends with 4 k run.  Was great fun, warm and freindly people, loads doing first tri..not too many people 91 of us and set of in stages.
